The Bern Is Back, But Are We Feeling It?

Bernie is kind of like your affluent childhood grandfather if you ever experienced one. Anywhere you go with him, he purchases you something. Wether it be a walk to the park or a stroll downtown, anything you want he’s delighted to provide. Thankfully, I was spoiled rotten as a little kid, not to offend anyone with my privilege status, but to build a concluding story. As I got older, birthday parties seemed less exciting, and my interest went from toys to cash. Somewhere during that transition, something called work was introduced.

It comes about sort of like this for most kids, “hey uncle Bernie, can you sport your nephew a twenty so he can hang with his friends tonight at the mall?” His uncles response was priceless. “Sure young uneducated nephew”, he paused “see my car over there, its needs a bath and I don’t really feel like washing it!” After a few more seconds of staring, the young boys mind was able to compute a sensical response, “why?” Henceforth the uncle was then able to explain to his financially retarded nephew about America’s capitalistic society and working for the almighty dollar.

The answer to the question that is the title of this piece is “yes”, people are definitely feeling the bern! Bernie Sanders if elected in 2020 is the dream most democratic-socialists have presently. The interesting thing is, is that some American people support this same dream as well today, except for totally different reasons.

Democratic-Socialists of the modern day are very keen towards the idea that Bernie Sanders is running for president again, because he is a definite socialist. If elected he would do anything the Democrats want.

(Cory Booker) “Bernie, I mean Mr. President.” (Bernie Sanders) “Yes slave what!” (Cory Booker) “Do you think you could maybe sign the Equality Act into law today?” (Bernie Sanders) “What a great idea, I totally forgot about that bill!” (Cory Booker) Yes it going to make members of the LGBTQ+ very happy sir! (Bernie Sanders) “Indeed, and then one of these days once I get the heads up from the Soros Foundation we will start the revision of the entire constitution!”

I enjoy a good made up diabolical conversation between Cory Booker and imaginary president Bernie Sanders, but realistically let’s understand simply how 1 in 4 Americans now support some form of socialism.

When looking at what started this major misbalance in everything we once trusted, I believe we have to look at the start of feminism. During World War 2, a large mass of American women went to work, because men were at war. Somewhere in the midst, a woman named Betty Friedman showed up, and things went south. Her book the “feminine mystique” was allegedly written for the purpose of helping women explore outside traditional female roles in American society. Obviously, there is nothing wrong with women working outside of the home, but I personally believe the destruction of the family has been on the communist-Marxist agenda for quite a while now.

Taking the women out of the home abandons the children to generate bad habits and values. That is an undeniable fact. Without a motherly figure, how will the child learn to obey properly and respect those around him/her. Since the 1950’s, the will to work and I.Q scores have been dramatically deceasing. American society is changing and regardless of what politicians and smart people tell you, it’s not for the better.

Before the 1950’s I can tell you, no body supported any form of socialism. Why? Because the Democratic Party has morphed from being the party “for and by the people”, to “for and to themselves.”

During a CNN interview last Wednesday Sanders claimed “Yeah, but I suspect that a lot of people in the country would be delighted to pay more in taxes if they had comprehensive health care as a human right,” Sanders responded. “I live 50 miles away from the Canadian border. You go to the doctor any time you want. You don’t take out your wallet. You have heart surgery, you have a heart transplant and you come out of the hospital and it costs you nothing.”

Normal sensical people will read this statement and conclude with the question, “so who pays for it?” On the other hand, uneducated “narrative believing” young people won’t question it the least. Walking into the hospital and having heart surgery is a very expensive process, so what makes it seem cheap when Bernie Sanders talks about it?

Research and comprehension is key when understanding who to vote for during general elections, you can’t just assume money grows on trees because Bernie claims that’s what happens in Canada.

More on this subject at a later time.
